Professional, caring, in-home consultation, training, education and support for caregivers of persons who have dementia

As we age, living at home is the desire for most of us, but for caregivers of persons with memory loss and their loved one, this becomes more complicated. As a person’s memory loss progresses, caregivers may not know how to handle challenging behaviors or how to help keep that person active and independent.

Positive Dementia Paths helps caregivers create confident care and safe environments for persons with memory loss through occupational therapy based consultation, training, and education. We serve caregivers in and around Duluth, Minnesota.
